Play Dead City online for free. Dead City is a zombie-themed first-person shooter. Take out as many zombies as you can as they emerge from the grim darkness of a post-apocalyptic city. Don't forget to reload and fast. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the play button at the center to begin.
Select the enlarge button on the top left corner to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
Select the speaker button on the top right corner to turn the game’s audio on or off.
Your web browser automatically saves your high score.

        Basic rules
        You automatically move forward.
        Shoot any of the zombies you see.
        The zombies emerge from the darkness in groups.
        Longer stretches of darkness often imply that a fast-moving zombie will soon approach.
        Each zombie takes 1, 2 or 3 shots to destroy, with the required number of shots being the same for any zombie of the same type.
        Zombies attack in waves.
        As you progress through the waves, the zombies get harder and harder to kill.
        Survive for as many waves as possible.
        New zombies spawn after 1 second within waves, and there is 1.5 seconds between waves.
        Up to 4 zombies can appear on the screen at a time.
        New waves occur after 8, 18, 28, 39, 50, 62, 73, 84, and 95 zombies defeated.
        You only have a limited number of bullets.
        You start with 6 bullets.
        Reload when you run out of bullets as fast as you can.
        This is especially important in later waves as the zombies get harder to kill.
        You can reload in between rounds or whenever you have a bit of spare time, even if the gun is not yet empty.
        Lives
        Each time a zombie attacks you, you lose health.
        Lose all your health and it’s game over.
        Scoring
        Your score is based on the number of zombies you take out
        You earn about 4 or 5 points per zombie.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like simple shooter games or dislike zombies.
        The game has a gun the player shoots and the zombies show blood when they are shot.
        Other than the above the game has no adult themed content.
